Aarti Shyamsunder, Ph.D., the founder of COSI, is currently an independent consultant based in Bangalore, India. Her firm Psymantics Consulting focuses primarily on diversity and inclusion (D&I), assessment and leadership development. Aarti obtained her PhD in I-O psychology from the University of Akron (2008) and has worked at Kronos (hiring solutions), Infosys (leadership) and Catalyst (D&I). Apart from authoring several publications and presenting at global conferences, Aarti is also an invited speaker at various events and was recognized as a ‘young HR game changer in India’, in 2013’s “Are You in The List?” awards.

Shreya Sarkar-Barney, Ph.D., is the president and founder of Human Capital Growth Inc. (HCG), a talent management firm that helps organizations achieve better outcomes using science, analytics, and empathy, in the space of leadership excellence and talent management excellence.   Previously, Shreya led global leadership development at Levi Strauss & CO., and organizational effectiveness and training at Dendrite International. Shreya currently holds a lecturer appointment at University of California, Berkeley and serves on the board of Leaderamp. She is a frequently invited speaker, and has authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed research papers.

Comila Shahani-Denning, Ph.D., is Full Professor and Director of the Industrial/Organizational Master’s Program at Hofstra University.  She received her B.A. degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Rice University in Houston, TX.  She has served as the Director of the Master’s Program for over ten years and supervises students at the Masters and doctoral level.  She also serves on the executive board of METRO.

Charu Khanna  is a Consultant at Aon Hewitt's Talent and Performance practice in Mumbai, and a recent re-transplant to India after a dozen years in the US. While her experience ranges from surveys to compensation, she is interested in facilitating learning, leadership, and growth. She is drawn to COSI for the opportunity to cross pollinate learning and practices across geographies, and the desire to expand the range of career possibilities for new entrants to the organizational sciences.

Yoshima Somvanshi is a practicing consultant with over 10 years of experience in OD, Talent Management and HR. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from London. She also holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a MBA in HR from India. She is certified in administration, implementation and interpretation of Hogan Assessments and Denison Culture & Leadership assessments. She is a certified GrowMore Coach (in process of ICF certification). She is an International Affiliate Member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), USA.
